The Montlake Historic District is now listed in the Washington Heritage Register, and has been submitted to the National Park Service for listing in the National Register!

We are thrilled to report that the Governor’s Advisory Council on Historic Preservation has listed the Montlake Historic District in the Washington Heritage Register, and has recommended that the district be listed in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). We anticipate that following a 45-60 day review period, the district will be listed in the National Register.
